The 2005 NPC Southeastern USA was held on October 8 at the Lyman High
School Auditorium in Orlando under the promotional efforts of Mike
Sanders. ..... .....
Shahar Bar-Chen, 30, of Miami faced tough competition in the
lightheavyweight class against seven other competitors and emerged with
the majority of first place votes from the judges for the class win. ..... .....
Shahar went into the final comparisons and pose down of the class
winners and once again took the majority of the first place votes for
the overall win. ..... ..... Galina Serdtsev, 29, of Orlando was the unanimous choice of the judging panel for the lightweight class win. ..... .....
Galina entered into the final comparisons and pose down of the class
winners to once again take all first place votes from the judges for
the unanimous overall victory. ..... ..... Shari Riepe, 38, of Palmetto was unopposed in the Fitness Division. ..... ..... Shari is 5’4” tall and a few weeks previous had taken the Fitness title at the 2005 NPC Gulf Coast. ..... ..... The Figure Division was divided into three height classes with a total of 13 athletes entered. ..... ..... Nicole Acker, 25, of Miami took a two-round total of 11 points for the tall class win. ..... ..... Nicole went into the final comparisons of the class winners and took a two-point (7 - 9) decision for the overall win.

2005 NPC Carolina Clash

The 2005 NPC Carolina Clash, a national qualifier, was held on October
22 at the Forestview High School Auditorium under the promotion of
Roger Morrison and Morrison Productions. ..... .....
Forty-two-year-old Squirrel Mosely of Clayton, NC took a one-point (4 -
5) decision for the lightheavyweight class win and then moved into the
final comparisons and pose down and once again took a one-point (4 - 5)
decision for the overall title. ..... .....
Paola Nielsen, 31, of Horseshoe, NC edged out a one-point (4 - 5)
decision to take the middleweight class win and then after the final
comparisons and pose The Figure Division had a total of eight athletes
competing in two height classes. ..... ..... Heidi Cutter, 24, of Virginia Beach, VA took a two round total of 6 points for the unanimous win of the short class. ..... .....
Heidi then entered into the final comparisons and once again gathered
all first place votes from the judges for the unanimous win.

Greenville, SC was the site of the 2005 NPC Shannon Meteraud Classic
Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Championships on October 29. ..... .....
Veteran competitor Sam Mendolera, 45, of Tampa, FL took all first place
votes from the judges for the unanimous middleweight class win. ..... .....
Sam moved into the final comparisons and pose down of the class winners
and once again took the majority of first place votes for the overall
title. ..... .....
Tei Singleton, 38, of Ravenel, SC was unopposed in the middleweight
class and after the final comparisons and pose down of the class
winners was the pick of the judges for the overall title. ..... .....
The Fitness Division had three athletes competing and it was
thirty-two-year-old Angi Jackson of Smyrna, GA took a three round total
of 23 points for the overall win. ..... ..... The Figure Division was divided into three height classes with a total of 16 athletes entered. ..... .....
Lois Powell, 43, of Adams Run, SC took all first place votes from the
judges in both rounds of the competition for the unanimous medium class
win in her first figure competition. ..... ..... Lois moved into the final comparisons of the class winners and was the choice of the judging panel for the overall title.
