The 2003 NPC Lakeland Bodybuilding and Figure Classic was held at the Branscomb Auditorium of Florida Southern College in Lakeland on June 21 under the promotion of Debbie Callahan. ..... ..... Willie Vegas, 36, of Bradenton faced tough competition in the middleweight class from 6 other athletes and emerged with a unanimous decision for the class win. Willie moved into the finals and was the choice of the judges for the overall. ..... .....
