-Have you gotten family support for your athletic endeavors as a child
and today? How has that support or lack thereof impacted you? -Yes fortunately I’ve had support and acclaim from all relatives. The biggest impact is that my today’s way of life, focused in fitness is a result of the great welcome my ideas have had among the people around me specially my sons.
-When did you begin competing?- After June 2010, I’ve registered to FAME in November 11.
-What is your competitive record? -I haven’t competed yet but I do wish to do so.
-What are your competitive goals?- Mainly, competing is kind of a reward for the hard work it takes to be prepared. Moreover, I think competing is an opportunity to feel proud of you and inspire others. Finally, it’s undoubtedly a challenge, and I’ve always liked to challenge myself.
-What motivates you to compete?- My first motivation is the body I have built through years of dedication. Then, of course my family. Showing my family what I am capable of is such an encouraging reason.
-Most memorable experience in the sport to date? This process has a lot of memorable days, specially those in which you see progress, receive compliments, or inspire somebody else to enroll in such a wonderful lifestyle. However, I think a really memorable day is still coming and perhaps my first competition would be that day.
-Special recognition or thanks to anyone? -My husband (who’s deeply enrolled in fitness as well) has being unconditional throughout this amazing journey. He has given me all the encouragement anyone could ever wanted in order to keep up all my goals.
