-Were you athletic as a child? Not until High School. As a child? Not really. This drove me to succeed even more at soccer, & got me to college. As an adult? Between work, cooking, cleaning, training, tutoring our son...My husband & sister support me 110% =)

Games Womens Gi/No Gi 1st place. 2008 NPC Battle on the Coast 1st Middleweight, 1st Masters, 1st Figure over 30, & 1st Overall. 2008 NPC All South 1st Open Lightweight. 2009 NPC SouthEastern 1st Masters Women over 30, 4th Overall Open Middleweight

- What are your competitive goals? I want to compete one more time before concentrating on career, business, & expanding our family.

-What motivates you to compete? The harder a task is to accomplish the more it drives me to complete it. There is nothing more challenging than prepping for a show while juggling work, home & kids.

My husband (When he isn't talking is a great work-out partner) he is an eternal optomist & always encouraging me. My Mom who doesn't understand my diet, but cooks for me anyway.
