-Were you athletic as a child? Yes
-Have you gotten family support for your athletic endeavors as a child and today? How has that support or lack thereof impacted you? Yes, my family has always been supportive of everything that I do which helps a lot when times are challenging.
-When did you begin competing? I started competing in competitive weightlifting in high school. Then I transitioned into powerlifting after I joined the Marines. In 2007 I did my first bodybuuilding show while I was overseas in Japan.
-What is your competitive record? I placed 2nd in open bantamweight in my first two shows and placed 1st in open bantamweight in the All-South.
-What are your competitive goals? I would like to continue to compete and win open-bantamweight at the national level.
-What motivates you to compete? I love the sport of bodybuilding and working out in general. My job in the Marine Corps also requires me to stay in great shape.
-Most memorable experience in the sport to date? Placing 1st in the open bantamweight at the All-South 2009 which was my first NPC show.
-Special recognition or thanks to anyone? My family, friends and everyone who has supported me along the way.
-Available for modeling? Yes, but would have to work around my school/military schedule.
