Erin Stern recieved her invite to the Arnold Classic, which will be her first IFBB Pro showing after winning the Overall Figure title at NPC Nationals in Atlanta. Some may think this is the worst possible advice I could give, but it is what keeps me sane. I will be the first to admit that as soon as I step off the stage during my final show of the year I make a beeline for the nearest snack. And I have seconds. Oh! Glorious food! I find that the competitors’ diet is the biggest challenge and as soon as the “off season” comes I engage it what becomes the “No Crumb Left Behind Act of 2008”(continued).

Dark Complexions Do Need Color

You don't know how many times I have gone to a show and saw a competitor with darker skin that did not have any color on. I would always ask them if they need any color and the answer was always the same. " I think I am already dark enough". Well, I am here to tell you, Dark people need color too! I have always called this 'the rookie mistake!' I believe that many a person of color has stepped out onto the stage without competition color on their skin, but that should have only been for their first show. After that they should have been informed, or educated themselves (continued).

I'm a 26 year old personal trainer/spin instructor and I love my job and being able to help and make an impact on so many peoples lives! Nothing makes my day more then a call/text/email from a client saying how much they are loving seeing their results!!
