Iris Kyle showed one more time why she is the best female bodybuilder in the world. When it mattered the most Iris showed up in an amazing shape, leaving other top class female bodybuilders to fight for a second spot. Iris has it all, excellent structure, great muscle size, crazy conditioning, winning attitude. She took home her fourth Ms. Olympia crown and she deserved it. Betty Viana - Adkins finished in second place. She displayed and excellent muscular shape and great proportions. It was her strong point, although she did not have a muscle definition like other top competitors. Yaxeni Oriquen was third, presenting a defined, muscular package. That was Yaxeni's 11th Olympia appearance. Lisa Aukland looked amazing. She came in fourth place, but I believe she could have been placed higher. 50 years of age, Lisa brought an incredibly muscular and defined package to the stage. It is a great pleasure to watch her compete. Dayana Cadeau was fifth. Even in this very competitive lineup, I thought she could have been higher. She carries plenty of quality muscle and her conditioning was decent as well. Judges saw it differently. Cathy La Francois placed sixth. Her crisp conditioning and quality muscle enabled her to beat legendary Betty Pariso (52 years of age) and fierce Mah Ann Mendoza (49). Female bodybuilders are just like fine wine. They get better with age. Disappointing finish for last year fifth place finisher, Heather Policky - Armbrust. She placed 14th, with some suggesting she was punished in the judging decisions for some "distracting bumps" on her body.
If they were there I did not see them.
