	Nationals Media Rule Make no mistake this weekend in Atlanta as to the rules regarding video. No video is allowed anywhere at the host hotel and venue. USAMuscle has full rights to the video footage and per the president of the NPC no one else shall be competing with USA Muscle shooting the show, interviews or anything else of the sort at the venue. Various magazines' website operations continue to shoot at the shows. And it will be interesting to see this year how many continue to do so in light of the increased scrutiny of this issue.

I want to hit on a couple of topics this month as the season is winding down for 2008.
Those who have competed at shows where I have been the head judge have probably heard me comment on taking the time to meet someone at the show - - to introduce yourself and to strike up a conversation. The outcome could be having someone to help you backstage at a larger show where there is limited help, such as the larger national shows, and you could wind up making a valuable friend for life (continued).

Q: Karla, you are a trainer yourself, but like so many competitors use trainers to help you get dialed in. How helpful has your current trainers Mr. Olympia Dexter Jackson and Gale Elie been?

Dexter and Gale have had a tremendous impact on my life.  I couldn't ask for two better trainers.  They keep on my tail and check in on me which is important because I fall of the wagon often. They are wonderful people who truly want their team to succeed (continued).
