-Where are you from & where do you live now? Originally Pomona, Kansas. I now live in Ottawa, Kansas.

-How old are you? 25

-What got you started in bodybuilding, fitness, figure, or modeling? I started as a Powerlifter back in high school and then got in a car wreck and broke my back and damaged my spine on August 17, 1998. I gained a lot of weight, began training again, won many titles, then something snapped and I wanted to be a Wheelchair Bodybuilder. You can see what happened to me by watching my “My Story” video. -How many years have you been training? Began training the Summer of 95 (Powerlifting) – Bodybuilding since the Fall of 2005.

-How many days and how long and intense are your training sessions each week? Lift 5 Days a Week for 1-2 hours a day & cardio 6 Days a week for 2 hours a day.

-How many years competing? Since March 2006

-What type of diet do you maintain (calories, fats, carbs, proteins)? 1500-4000 Calories 50% Protein 30% Carbs 20% Fat – Contest 200-400g of Protein 50-150g Carbs & 20-50g Fat
